Pre-bankruptcy counseling is required and Post-bankruptcy counseling is required. Visit WWW.DEBTORCC.ORG for both classes.
You will be required to go on-line to take a brief counseling class BOTH before and after you file bankruptcy. A certificate will be issued to your email address AFTER you have completed the on-line class. JOINT FILERS CAN TAKE THE CLASS SIMULTANEOUSLY TOGETHER. The class may take up to 1 hour to complete.
The class completion certificate you are issued must be provided to EZB ASSOCIATES to include with your bankruptcy case.
